Respect your elders! Do the best you can to acknowledge the zine communities that organized before you that made your present possible. Zines predate social media. Before technology, zines were the first non-commercial media made in a social fashion, besides the letter. If you come from social media, please understand that you weren't here first and there are zinesters here who were zinemaking before you were born, well before social media existed. That being said, welcome.
